From an aesthetic point of view, both the TASKalfa 2554ci and TASKalfa 3554ci are equipped with a slick 10.1-inch resistive display. This intuitive and easy-to-use, full-colour touch panel offers fast and simple access to a wide range of document management functions including HyPAS applications.
The simplified tablet-like display offers a seamless transition between user interfaces, and gesture-based operations and make for an all-round improved user experience. This, combined with an impressive print (25ppm/35ppm) and scan (up to 200 images per minute) speeds, as well as a huge paper input capacity (320 sheets), will undoubtedly boost individual and team productivity.
The largest concern for many businesses in the hybrid working age is security. The number of remote devices connecting to shared networks continues to soar and businesses are now facing an unprecedented wave of cybersecurity threats. Similar to its predecessor models, security has been a major area of focus and we are delighted with the new improvements such as Trusted Platform Module (TPM), Run Time Integrity Check (RTIC), Secure Boot and standard encryption/data overwrite functionality. Furthermore, several features and functions have been added as standard, including Online Certificate Status Protocol, Automatic update certification, TLS 1.3, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) support and S/MIME.
